Meet Christopher Martin-Stancil-El, CEO and Co-Founder of LYFE Matters LLC, and a dedicated advocate for education. With a Bachelor of Arts in History from Hampton University and a Master of Science in Inclusive Education, Christopher is a licensed educator in New York State. He's committed to the academic success of students from kindergarten through grade 12, including those preparing for the TASC high school equivalency assessment.
Christopher is also a versatile professional, excelling as a writer, editor, and researcher, including freelance grant writing. He's passionate about student achievement and has a wealth of experience mentoring at-risk youth in the Rochester, NY area. Christopher is the visionary behind LYFE Matters LLC, a consultancy agency emphasizing health, wellness, and special education.
In addition to his educational work, Christopher is a founding figure of the Race-Non-Conformity approach, addressing racism, and holds a leadership position at the Moorish Science Temple of America. He actively participates in professional development initiatives and has contributed to various community programs aimed at violence prevention and cultural education.

Meet Dr. Sheniece L. Martin-Stancil-El, CEO and Co-Founder of LYFE Matters LLC. With a journey in nursing that began as a student nurse patient care technician in 2007, she now serves as the Nursing Director for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the University of Rochester Medical Center. Dr. Martin-Stancil-El leads transformative initiatives in collaboration with the Office of Equity and Inclusion and the University of Rochester School of Nursing. Her extensive professional background includes roles in home care liaison nursing, acute care coordination, and house supervision in long-term care. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from St. John Fisher College, a Master of Science in Clinical Nurse Leadership from the University of Rochester School of Nursing, and a Doctorate of Nursing Practice in Clinical Nurse Leadership. Dr. Martin-Stancil-El is a passionate advocate of the Race Non-Conformity approach and actively contributes to local and national conferences on diversity, equity, and inclusion. She also serves as an executive board member of the Rochester Chapter of the National Black Nurses Association and holds an executive role at the Moorish Science Temple of America Inc, Branch Temple 11 in Syracuse, New York. Driven by her own past trauma, she advocates for health, wellness, peace, tranquility, and healing.
